Moonshot Tech provides digital strategy, branding, website development, web applications, ecommerce solutions, mobile applications, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads management, digital marketing, email marketing, and animation services.

All services are delivered based on agreed proposals, contracts, statements of work, or invoices. Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in those agreements.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and required materials on time
• Review deliverables within agreed timelines
• Provide consolidated feedback
• Maintain communication during project execution
• Ensure they have legal rights to any materials provided to us

Delays in client communication or approvals may affect timelines.

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Projects may require upfront deposits
• Milestone payments must be made before continuation
• Late payments may result in project suspension
• All fees are non refundable unless specified in writing

Moonshot Tech reserves the right to pause services if payments are not received within agreed terms.

Ownership terms are defined in the signed agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Final deliverables become client property after full payment
• Moonshot Tech retains rights to display completed work in portfolio
• Any unpaid work remains property of Moonshot Tech

Third party tools, plugins, frameworks, or licensed software remain subject to their respective licenses.

We respect client confidentiality. Any proprietary information shared during a project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Clients also agree not to disclose internal processes, pricing structures, or proprietary strategies without written consent.

Marketing and SEO services depend on multiple external factors including search engine algorithms, platform policies, and market competition. While we apply structured strategies and industry best practices, specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Moonshot Tech shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption losses
• Third party service disruptions
• Platform policy changes
• Hosting or server failures outside our control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Some projects may involve third party platforms including hosting providers, payment gateways, advertising networks, or analytics tools. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by those platforms.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in the service agreement.

Upon termination:

• Outstanding balances become due immediately
• Work completed up to termination date will be invoiced
• Access credentials may be revoked if payments remain unpaid

All projects include a defined number of revisions. Additional changes beyond agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Scope expansions must be approved in writing before implementation.

Visitors agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with website functionality
• Copy proprietary content without permission

All website content is owned by Moonshot Tech unless otherwise stated.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
